This performance will explore the various themes found in the art of Will Maclean through music, Gaelic song, poetry and story. Award winning Scottish author James Robertson will lead three of Scotland’s top traditional musicians through various aspects Maclean’s acclaimed art.

It was a joy to welcome children from Craigroyston Primary School and Pirniehall Primary School to Lauriston Castle grounds throughout the month of May. We explored our Japanese garden by taking part in a scavenger hunt.

Lauriston Castle will re-open its doors to the public on Saturday 25 June with a weekend of activity for families.
Visitors will once again be able to step inside the 400 year old building and visit its collections.
