Free drop-in sessions with Archaeology Scotland – just drop-in anytime from 2pm until 4pm

Were Bronze Age swords heavy? How did Vikings hold up their clothes? How did people cut things without metal?  Take a peek behind the museum glass and handle real and replicate artefacts from around Scotland. Archaeologists from Archaeology Scotland will be on hand to with a selection of artefacts for you to explore. A rare chance to touch and handle archaeological artefacts. People of all ages welcome.
