Taught by Ethelinda Lashley-Scott, a fully qualified Pilates teacher with over 25 years of experience and a member of the Pilates Foundation Board. Ethelinda has over 30 years as a movement practitioner and was formally a Dance Lecturer and Curriculum Manager at Edinburgh College. She holds an MA in Dance Theatre Practice and is currently pursuing a PhD.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Location will be confirmed closer to time of event.
