John Henry Lorimer was endlessly inspired by the lives of the people around him, especially his sisters. He also completed more than one hundred portraits of great British thinkers, leaders and entrepreneurs. For this online talk, Charlotte Lorimer, co-curator of Reflections: The Light and Life of John Henry Lorimer and the artist’s great, great niece, will highlight some of the characters represented in John Henry’s paintings and share some of the stories she has discovered about them.
