Storytelling skills are invaluable both in everyday life and at work. Whether you want to entertain the weans or persuade your boss, the ability to tell a good tale is often the key to success.

In this workshop acclaimed storyteller and performer Margaret Bennett will help you to find your voice and bring your stories to life. She will tell some stories, introduce some storytelling techniques and support you to develop your own story.

During the course of the day there will be a chance to view the exhibition A Car for Women and Other Stories and to be inspired by the stories of the early 20th century motor engineer Dorothée Pullinger and her colleagues.
At the end of the workshop you will have the opportunity to share your stories with the other participants.
