Join dance artist Hayley MacDonald for a celebration of womanhood, confidence and individuality. Learning some basic moves and grooves before using games and tasks to explore and enjoy the space we fill in the world. Expect a playful dance class drawing from various dance styles where glorious imperfection is encouraged.
This session is suitable for all ages, dance abilities and fitness levels. Please wear comfortable clothing and trainers (if possible).
