Visitor Information
Opening times:
Monday - Saturday 10am - 5pm;
Sunday 12pm - 5pm (during August only).
(The shop closes at 4.45pm each day.)

Admission:
Admission is free, but donations are welcome.
Facilities:
The Writers’ Museum doesn’t have a café, but there are many cafés, restaurants and pubs along the Royal Mile.
The Writers’ Museum has a small shop with a range of gifts for book lovers.
Accessibility:
Access to the Writers’ Museum is by stairs only, due to the historic nature of the building.
