This exhibition explores material from the RCAHMS archive. Zoom in on a series of compelling aerial photographs which capture dramatic changes to the Edinburgh cityscape over the twentieth century. These images provide unique visual references into our social and industrial history.

These tours give you the chance to explore more about the groundbreaking ‘Historic Edinburgh from Above’ exhibition – an exciting partnership project between Edinburgh Museums and Galleries and the Royal Commission on the Ancient and Historic Monuments of Scotland.
