Various figures, rich and poor, from 18th century Edinburgh will talk about what living in the capital was like at a time of great change. Listen to a countess or a commoner, a councillor or a member of the town guard as they talk about subjects as diverse as the Jacobites, life in a tenement, the plans for the New Town or the Gordon Riots.
